Just curious since I am not sure myself.

I know Australia has won a Test series in every country but not sure if they have won in South Africa?

Same goes for India who have not won in South Africa either.

Pakistan have never won a Test series in South Africa or Australia.

Similarly - not sure if England have won in South Africa or New Zealand.

Not sure about the others but hoping someone can help out!

Australia have won in South Africa multiple times. I believe they have won there every single time except the last Sandpaper tour.

Similarly - not sure if England have won in South Africa or New Zealand.

England have most recently won in South Africa in 2014 and in New Zealand in 2008.

India has never won a series in South Africa.

Srilanka has never won a test match in Australia and India.

Australia, South Africa and England have won everywhere.

India have never won in South Africa.

Pakistan have never won in Australia and South Africa.

New Zealand have never won in South Africa and in India.

Sri Lanka have never won in India and Australia.

West Indies have never won in South Africa too but this one not sure. Since 1992, they haven't won in South Africa but before 1970, I am not sure.

So, a lot of teams haven't won in South Africa.

West Indies weren't allowed to play South Africa before 1992, so they have only won a single test match (2007-08) in that country.

How difficult is it to bat in away Tests for the top 6?

This stat tells us a good story

Pakistan haven't done too bad so far.

Surely Pak has done well butr, Pak have had comparatively easier away tours in test championship with WI, BD, Zim and Srl.

However, with some players like Abdullah Shafique emerging and some in the domestic cricket to look forward to I am hoping we put up a decent batting show in SENA as well in the next cycle (Opening batting issues had a big role in the struggles of batting lineups previous cycles) as that is the key and adds a lot of marketability to the test team as well by doing well in those countries.

Lower order batting record comparison from no 7 and below amongst test playing nations would be very interesting as I think those runs can have a huge impact on the result of the match especially on those away tours and bit tricky surfaces. Something I believe Pak needs to improve on as well, we might not have the worst record but still when situation demands our lower order batting needs to show bit more fight.

Australia and South Africa have done the best when it comes to away tours.

Other teams were either very poor or inconsistent.

need to look at the quality of the away team too

in the above graphic pak averages 34.36
removing BAN, ZIM it drops down to 28.91
and only in SENA 26.89

SL averages 37.46
removing ZIM, BAN it drops down to 30.33

IND averages 30.59
15 out of 16 away matches in the 3 years have been in SENA, where they average 29.80
