We usually browse through various titles until we settle on something, so here you can post about the movies you checked out but didn't watch and the reasons.

In my case its many per day but I will start with the latest.

A Hidden Life, even though it has good ratings, I wasn't really in the mood for another Nazi WW2 movie, especially if it was written and directed by Malick.

Little Women. Had planned to go see it in theatres but something came up

These days I have developed a passion of starting a movie and sleeping halfway through. Slept through Uncut Gems, The Irishman and Molly's Game recently.

The new Sonic the Hedgehog one. The kids were pestering me to see it on the big screen. I obliged, but got the seats furthest back from the screen, and tested out my new office-issued noise-cancelling headphones. The kids felt it was a betrayal of sorts on my part to accompany them to the movie and not watch it.

Bad Boys for Life.

I started to watch it but didn't finish it.

I hope to finish it this week.

You must have got a full 8 hour quota of sleep if you slept halfway through that one. Great film though.

The Irishman I get but Uncut Gems and Molly's Game? Apart from slowly turning into an uncle is do some research on the movie and watch it when the time you feel is just right and not just time pass.

When I know I will be drifting off midway I just put nonsense that I've already watched like Family Guy, American Dad etc.

I used to tell my daughter that they are special headsets to better understand and critique the movie as I was part of a research group until she reached the age of 9 and figured it out.

Although to be honest these days "kids" movies have a lot of adult jokes too to keep both parties content, but nothing like a good shut eye in a dark theater.

I have been wanting to watch 'The Little Women' but haven't gotten around to it because of time constraints these days.

Dunkirk, Bombshell, Jojo Rabbit

Ditto Jojo Rabbit, although couldn't go on after the first 10 minutes (another movie about the Nazis) even though Waititi is one of my favourite director/writers. Dunkirk I especially travelled to one of the 70mm cinemas to watch it in and left an hour and half in.

I have to admit the newer ones have remarkably comfortable, plush, reclining seats, with cupholders, but I’m not convinced. I prefer my bed, my phone, my headphones and Netflix.

The Lincoln Lawyer. I keep thinking I should watch that, it's got good reviews, but every time I just pass and think maybe next time. It's quite an old film I know, but it's the first one which comes to mind. I don't really watch films unless they really catch my attention these days, so I'm not actually watching most of the recent ones released.

Dunkirk was good but I think it was overhyped.. these days I rarely finish a film without dozing off.. haha.. getting old!

John Wick’ director Chad Stahelski wants to make ‘Star Wars’ film

Chad Stahelski, director of the superhit action-packed ‘John Wick‘ films, showed interest in collaborating with Disney for a ‘Star Wars‘ film.

Chad Stahelski, in an interview, said he is a ‘Star Wars‘ fan and has ideas for a project based on the galaxy “far, far away.”

“I’m a ‘Star Wars‘ guy,” Stahelski was quoted as saying in a report. “The first ‘Star Wars‘ changed my life path. Maybe someday out there, Disney if you’re listening, hit me in a couple of years.

“I have a couple of takes for ‘Star Wars‘. I’d take a swing at that, see if Disney could survive me.”

Chad Stahelski is not a compromising person and this is why he has stuck to his ‘John Wick‘ franchise rather than exploring other projects.

There were so many which I started but didn't finish.

One such movie was "Minority Report". Tom Cruise movie. I started it but didn't finish.

Animal. Started watching on netflix. Had to stop.

All those people who gave fake good reviews of this movie will surely rot in hell.

Tenet.

What a piece of crap it looked like. I could not make any sense of it and turned it off even before half way done

Star wars, Started it and then turned my system off within 5 minutes. Never a fan of such movies.

started watching turkish horror movie Dabbe 4

Trust me there wasn't any horror element in it but the whole movie was horrible so I turned off my TV and went to sleep.
