Basically, next season find some better replacements in the middle order. Keep McCullum and Salman in there. And, don't consider umar akmal for selection.

If they get two accumulators in the middle order, they actually have a very balanced squad.

They need players like haris sohail and saud shakeel in the middle order.
These 2 are must for next season.

There seems to be a desire within LQ management to build a very aggressive and entertaining team. They have tried this from the very first season and it just hasn’t worked.

They also didnt properly utilize their foreign players this season. Devcich, Mcleneghan etc should have been part of the playing 11 much earlier.

Awful captain, poor team selection (the roster is crying out for reliable batsmen), head coach that has done nothing and a way too attacking style, lost wickets quick and failed to drop players who have been poor just because they can hit a couple of 4s and 6s before getting out.

Poor squad to start with lack of batting depth and then Lynn's injury didn't help. Also it took too long to find the starting XI combo and they have now won two in a row but it is too little too late.

1) Poor team selection with lack of local experienced batsmen
2) Non existent middle order
3) No experienced batsmen specialized in anchoring innings
4) Poorly selected playing x1 on match day
5) Given 4 matches to Ramdin
6) Didn't use Aamir Yamin properly
7) Should have selected one from Azhar Ali, Imam or Sami Aslam in the draft

Bad team selection to go with bad tactics
Aqib Javed drives the selection and Baz drives the tactics

Though I don’t want anyone to be sacked, they need to rethink their tactics on the field and at the draft

I think next season they should sign Sahibzada Farhan, Saud Shakeel, some upcoming pacer and try again for Lynn and Angelo Matthews and kick out Umar Akmal.
