What's the property market in Pakistan currently like?

My dad inherited some property and wanted to sell it off but we have no idea what the current real estate market is like in Pakistan. From what we've heard is that there's not many been many buyers in the past year but it is beginning to improve? Can anybody in Pakistan substantiate this?

you'll have to do your own research in things like this and make your own conclusion, cant trust people in these matters, experts will tell you its booming even in a recession.

real estate is a scam in pakistan,

you have to be really smart with your investment, even if you are very rich.

I never got how housing in Pak can be 400-600k USD in a decent area. It is insane even for someone working in the US. I don't know how Pakistanis can afford that, by not paying any taxes?

Anyways good luck. Pakistan shot itself in the foot big time by creating a business out of property, everyone is trying to get in on the rent seeking economy but no one is investing money in other areas like Tech, Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing. Which are key areas for sustainable economic growth. Sooner or later the real estate bubble has to pop as there is no value added to the economy by hoarding pieces of land for generations.
