Just saw a clip of the new hundreds league in England, pretty bizarre rules and the pace of the game isn't something I'm used to but I guess it's cause of how new it is and we're still attuned to the other formats. Given how short and fast the game as well as how confusing it can be (number of balls vary per over), what country do you think could win a world cup in this format?

I think it'd be more unpredictable than T20 cricket.

Also there are talks about this being the format of cricket for the LA games in 2028 so if that's the case then Pakistan will have to take it seriously.

I think the best bowling teams and good strategists will win it. The bowlers have more flexibility and there's a chance for good bowlers to bowl more at prime batsmen which increases chances of wickets as well. Scores are also in the range of 130-150 which is saner than T20s for sure.

Don't see why teams that are successful in T20 cricket (West Indies, England, India) won't be as successful in the hundred. There's no discernible difference in terms of tactics or skillsets in either format.

I am still not happy how long the third umpire takes to make decisions. They should not be allowed to take more than 30 seconds. Anything longer than that is pathetic

England clearly favourites to win the hundred with the attacking batting line up.

In terms of reviews they should be zero umpire’s decision is final apart for run outs & dubious catches.

England favourites due to the fact they are the ones playing it at the domestic level.

I'm sure the likes of West Indies, Pakistan and India won't be too bad in this format.
