Alan Lamb and Martin Crowe just miss out .

1990's

Sachin Tendulkar
Saed Anwar
Brian Lara
Mark Waugh
Steve Waugh
Chris Cairns
Ian Healy
Wasim Akram
Shane Warne
Waqar Younus
Alan Donald

2000's
Virendra Sehwag
Adam Gilchrist
Sachin Tendulkar
Ricky Ponting
Kevin Pieterson
Michael Bevan
Andrew Flintoff
Shaun Pollock
Shane Warne
Wasim Akram
Glen Mcgrath

Kallis just misses out as he did not have a spectacular scoring rate.Feel Flintoff would be more of a match-winner.Had to include Sehwag and Tendulkar so forced to put Sachin one down.Inzamam just misses out as he was a slow runner and not at his best in the field.

2010's

Sachin Tendulkar
Hashim Amla
AB Devilliers
Virat Kohli
Steve Smith
Kumar Sangakaara
Mitchelle Johnson
Yasir Shah
Michel Stark
Dale Steyn
Trent Boult

To me it is a straight fight between 1990's and 2000.I give 1990's team the marginal edge with Sachin more flamboyant and Wasim more penetrative. It has a phenomenal bowling attack.
1970's and 80's not so experienced although 80's had more great all-rounders than any team.Still lacked the ODI skill of cricketers of the following decades.Gilchrist would be the major asset for 2000's as well as Glen Mcgrath.

Yasir shah in odi team of 2010 ,even what doing Sachin in 2010 list.no dhoni in either 2000 or 2010 team.some of the selection is pathetic.

2000 team is best ,all area is balance.batting. bowling ,keeping, spin bowler ,fast bowler

2000 and 2010 teams can't have players who have played for 2-3 years of the decade; Yasir Shah can't be there

Bevan should have been in 90s not 2000s and Dhoni can come in 2000s. SRT goes out from 2010s and Rohit comes in.

The best decade was between 1998 and 2008, and the best team then was Australia.

Wasim in 2000’s wasn’t that good similarly tendu after 2010 wasn’t that good.. 90’s is strong so is 2000’s.. Should be a close contest between them.. Rest are quite a bit far..

Good choice .Tendulkar simply had too much class to be left out.Dhoni may make it but advantage vwith sanga that he can fit in both roles as keeper and batsmen.Luke Lara keeping wickets.Rohit Sharma is great but played against weaker opposition and on flat tracks mainly.

90s team all day...

The 2000 team is a close second but the openers should be changed. I’d put in Hayden and Sanath J(gives you variety in bowling) Bevan should be in the 90s so Gilly comes and plays his role. JK in and Flintoff out as he done nothing special in ODI’s.

Sanga doesn't fit in as a captain or a finisher. I cant see any good leader in 2010s. Dhoni has to be there.

Some very strange selections.

Why is Yasir Shah on there? He is a rubbish ODi bowler. Replace him with Imran Tahir.

Lee or Bond over Wasim in the 2000s.

Reckon the 2010s team will blitz all comers simply due to the change in mentality and sheer explosiveness in batting that we have seen in the T20 era. Of course, it depends on conditions but on the flat pancakes of this age, Kohli and de Villiers will be unbeatable.

However overall class was considerably better in previous decades which is a vital factor.Dont you agree?I feel those past players would ad pat to modern times on flat pancakes.
