There will be the usual familiar faces together with some up and coming players, together with no doubt some newbie who makes a name for himself.

Who are you most looking forward seeing at this year's PSL?

I'm looking forward to watching Zeeshan Zameer - heard good things about him, so let's see what he's all about if he gets a chance.

I want to see Shahnawaz Dhani do well and also Danish Aziz - would be great to establish himself as a big name in this comp

Mohammad Hafeez
Shoaib Malik
Shadab Khan
Danish Aziz
Imad Wasim

I feel like those are the players to watch out for. Shoaib would know that the MO is very weak at the moment, and good performances in the PSL can pave a way for him back into the team. Hafeez will be keen to show why his place cannot be questioned.

Shadab and Imad are in a lot of pressure because in Shadab's case, Usman and Zahid bowled quite well, and Shadab's own bowling form has deteriorated. He will have to make a convincing case with both bat and ball to get selected ahead of Zahid and Usman. Similarly, Imad's place is also being challenged by Zahid, Usman, and Nawaz. He'll need to step up with both ball and bat in this PSL, will have to be one of the top performers for KK.

Danish Aziz would be hoping to prove a case for one of the slots in the MO, and I expect him to be given a few chances by KK early on in the season to see if he can adapt to that role.

Saim ayub
Imran radhawa
Zeeshan Zameer
Dahani
Danish aiziz
Muhammed haris

There are a few players I'm curious about but Haider Ali and Azam Khan are the players I'm looking forward to the most.

I think Azam Khan will hopefully be on a mission to prove himself this season and i wish him the best of luck.

Qasim Akram
Danish Aziz
Zeeshan Malik
Azam Khan
Muhammad Haris if given a game

Really excited to see if Azam Khan can contribute consistently.

From the finisher perspective, also excited to see how Danish Aziz and Shadab do.

From an openers perspective, interested to see how Sharjeel fares against better attacks, as he'll play every KK game.
Also, interested in seeing how young Saim Ayub does, altho hearing that Sarfaraz may open puts paid to that.

Very interested to see how Rohail contributes as a keeper batsmen, as he again will probably play every game. Mohammad Haris is currently with the
PZ squad, but i keep hearing thst they're grooming Imam as a keeper.

On the spinners, really hoping that Arish Ali will get some games for QG, altho it's unlikely with Nawaz in the mix. Will be good to see Abrar Ahmed for PZ too as well as Zafar and Ahmad Safi for ISLU.

With the quicks, people will have their eyes on Dhani, Umar and Zameer but I'm curious to see how Dilber dies for LQ and if he improves as the tournament progresses. Also, the lad Mohammad Imran looks promising for PZ so I'll be keeping an eye out for him. Also will be interesting to see if Imran Randhawa does anything.

From the all rounder perspective, would like to see Mohammad Wasim Jr. Get some game time and see Faheem bat higher.

So, there's actually loads to look forward to with every team. Can't wait for Saturday!

I would have said Abdullah Shafique. The only exciting young batsman we have and he's missing.

Amir: would like to see whether he would be able to embarrass Misbah with some good performance.

Usman Qadir: To see whether he is a real deal and ready for T20 WC

Rohail : Whether he will be able to seal reserve WK spot ahead of Sarfraz

Qasim Akram: See what he is made of, doubt will get any game though.

Haider Ali : for obvious reason. He needs to learn to score big, not just quick fire 20-25.

Amad Butt : I think he is a better all rounder than Faheem,

Zeeshan Zameer: is he a real deal or "also-ran " ?

Muhammad Imran (KP): He's quite skilful and a good bowling brain. I think he'll fair well this tournament if given a proper opportunity.
Shahnawaz
Sohaibullah

1.Azam Khan for sure. He will become a fan favourite I recon.

2. Shahnwaz Dahani. Need to see how quick he really is and how he adapts to the challenge

3. Dilbar Hussain. Criminally underrated bowler, deserves more credit for the impact he has on the game

4. Rohail Nazir. Recon this boy might end up surprising a few

5. Zahid Mahmood. A bit of a chachu, but he looks like a very interesting leggie.

Babar Azam
Shadab Khan
Zafar Gohar
Haider Ali
Sharjee
Usman Q

Saim Ayub
Danish Aziz ( Hopefully plays all the games)
Azam Khan

Really could do with some players contesting for the National middle order T20 spots and providing competition for the ones that didn’t have a great series like Talat, Ifti, Khushdil and Asif. Albeit I think Asif only got one game in SA series but his had some games previously and I am not convinced, what would be a disaster is that after the PSL is done and you look at batting charts and top scorers and you see the regular faces who recently failed internationally to be at the top and the newer ones to be nowhere. Would be back to square one

Muhammed Aamir

Guy who won us 2009 World T20
Guy who won us the CT17

Dude who was rated by the best batsman in the world.

Also Steyn. Just so I can see him own Hafeez.

I hope the boundary lines are at least 80 meters, if not 85.

But if we are taking 65/70 meter boundaries then it’s going to be a classic tulla maari heaven for lapaaru batsmen. And it gets boring really quick.

Looking to see some classical batting strokes from Babar Azam.

It'll be interesting to see how Zahid Mahmood does in this PSL.
