Title says it all. I have left out care takers and those whose duration was too short.

He/She hasn't been born yet. Each of them have been equally bad.

My father tells me that Muhammad Junejo was a very, very good man but he wasn't allowed any space to function by the dictator Zia.

So you are certain that Imran Khan will never become the PM.

I'm not certain, but I'm also realistic. Imran Khan will need a minor miracle to win the 2018 elections. The bulk of the voters are in rural Punjab and majority of them are still in the Muslim League camp.

Benazir Bhutto

In terms of beauty she was the best. I don't care about how they rule. I only care about how the look :)

Even with alleged "India stooge" Miyan Nawaz at the helm, I have voted Benazir .. Even though she was bullish on India, many of us love her for her beauty and see her as your "Indira Gandhi" . .

I object to the word 'Best' in title.

'Honour among Thieves' is a good novel by Jeffrey Archer.

I know it won't meet the OP's criteria but I've read good things about Moeenuddin Ahmad Qureshi's time as PM in 1993.

Benazir Bhutto helped the Taliban come to power in 1996, hardly a beacon of "Western liberalism" as her supporters like to paint her as.

Oopsie.. Didn't know that . How could pretty pretty people be so dumb ?

Honestly the duration of a caretakers tenure isn't really enough to make any change whatsoever

I don't blame her for that

Taliban brought a degree of stability in the region at that point
