I think Denis Compton was the most unorthodox batsmen amongst the legends who resembled a musical composer when batting.No batsmen created so many strokes from his own book.To a certain extent Sir Donald Bradman had an unorthodox style and later Everton Weekes.In more recent times Shivnararine Chanderpaul,Steve Waugh ,Javed Miandad and Steve Smith.
