Why did the Pakistan team's composition change post Champions Trophy 2017 win?

I don't get it why players like Junaid, Rumman Raees, Mohd Amir, Azhar Ali get neglected post the Win? Were the newcomers performing better than them or were they simply injured? I heard Azhar retired but what about others?

Azhar retired. Amir's in the squad.

Junaid has been injured (allegedly) and so was Raees but I don't know if he still is.
