Why do most of the ex-Pakistani cricketers dislike foreign coaches?

Mohsin Khan called Mickey Arthur a donkey and I was watching a show in which Razzaq was insulting and making racist comments on Mickey Arthur and he said that only thing Pakistan need to change is the head coach for the WC. Imagine if someone in the West called him a brown or anything racist, what would be his reaction and If I am not wrong his own son plays for age-group England team, would he like if some white player makes a racist comment on his son? Their egos are also boosted by so called sports journalists here who think that oldies like Miandad should become coach even though he was pathetic when he held some position in the team.
