I have been closely following this trend of Indians going crazy over Eid celebrations since last few years.

The particular act of Qurbani (sacrifice) is one they apparently target most ferociously.

India has had practice of animal sacrifice in many sects of Hinduism dating back milleniums. Islam has been in India since thousands of years and Eid has bene celebrated across India since the same time. Why suddenly they have become so violently antagnostic towards Eid.

They're trolling on the social media with hate messages for muslims posting about Eid.

Why do they have su much problem with arguably the most celebrated festival in the world?

You have to see from indian lens. To them it is animal cruelty. Perhaps this is one of the main evidences for 2 nation theory.

Do we really expect these both kids to grow up and see eye to eye and that the other person is correct in their belief? One child grows up eating food made from animal, the other grows up eating food with animals.

It is up to those of us with more sense and world awareness to cool down mocking of religions within our respective communities and instill and atttitude of live and let live.

its a general example bro, not aimed at one poster. It could be any Hindu you see. The point is the difference in mindset that such activities instill at a young age. We should be more patient and understanding of any hot tempered grievances and try to walk a mile in the others shoes (or if we are trying to gain empathy with Indians, walk a mile barefoot)

Stop being diplomatic.

You know what it is but you refuse to address it. Maybe because you made friends with some Endians and don’t wanna offend them.

Whereas they offend us by spreading hate against our festival, by calling it animal cruelty and all.

Learn to call a spade a spade and don’t always hide behind mask of appeasement.
