Why is it in Pakistan they concentrate on looking for bowling talent?

I mean why not look for quality batsmen and power hitters. Then groom them. Look at all the PSL teams emerging players most of them are bowlers.

Bowlers can be easily identified. It takes actual knowledge of the game and foresight to identify batsmen which most Pakistanis don't have.

Khushdil, Hussain, Hasan Mohsin are not getting chances to show their talent. Shadab, Hassan khan and Usama can bat as well.

I mean its been really long time ago since we have seen a younge Pakistani batsman whos good enough for our team.
Do you think they wont take the risk these days to play a youngster.

Look at our bowling greats. They were ready made destroyers. Only Imran Khan worked on himself and that was his own hard work rather than coaching.

Pakistani coaching is abysmal. They're paying for it now as the rush of talent has dried out and the game has become scientific (i.e. diet plans, workout regimens, technical corrections using video).
