Misbah is dheet and never admits he is wrong. He spends more energy trying to prove his stupid decisions than admit his failure and learn. He is not down to earth guy instead he acts like one. Do not expect him to make any changes.

Getting sick of hearing this. So just cause our previous captains have failed did we send this team to lose?

Not at all. I’m very sure the team just like previous teams have come to win. But there is an immense gulf in class when we play Australia on these shores , and whilst we can win sessions against them over 2-3 match series we are not simply good enough to win a test .

Azhar’s form has been very poor therefore his captaincy is already up for debate . However SL at home and Bangladesh are series where we have usually done well over the last 7-8 years .

If we lose these series then definitely captaincy should be up for debate . Our test team already nosedived under Sarfaraz . We just need some stability now.

Azhar needs to perform with the bat . However as a player - captain he should not be sent to the gallows over a solitary series loss in Australia.

It does make more sense to retain him for the home series as he's not going to resign. However, this is only delaying the inevitable.
