India broadcasts the IPL in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, Bangla, Malyalam, Gujrati. They have a seperate line of broadcasters for these languages and some commentators switch over in some languages. It is possible for the Indians to easily do this when their broadcast deal over 5 years is worth $6.2 billion which means they can afford to hire so many different commentators but there is no doubt broadcasting the league in so many different languages helps to spread the league all over India.
Right now, the PSL is handicapped by a paltry business model and broadcast deal, financial pie but will it help the PSL if they are able to broadcast the league in Punjabi, Sindh, Balochi, Pashto, Kashmiri, Seraiki etc
