I thought bhatti has domestic average of 23 and Ehsan averages less than 20

Zia is an ordinary left arm pacer with no swing and pace around 135-140 kph

Bhai, first of all, he's not international level yet.

Second, and MOST importantly, domestic stats don't mean anything, specially when it comes to bowlers.

Most of these trundlers or even so-called pacers CANNOT swing or seam the kookaburra ball. Only good for domestics.

Take the example of Mir Hamza.. couldn't move the ball in the Pentangular cup, while in rest of his videos he's swinging it both ways.

Ehsan Adil is also proving to be a domestic bully, while Bhatti is already rubbish.

Zia ul haq is better than these , a lot of potential but somehow has failed to climb onto next level. He has a very good pace and 2nd best bowling action after amir.
