Was he the the worst test batsman in the last tour of Australia tour? Yes
What did he average in Australia overall in tests? 16.89
Did he average 22.50 in tests played in SA? Yes
I am not sure why are you bringing up his poor averages in Australia and South Africa. It is not like other Pakistani batsmen have scored tons of runs in those countries. Pakistan has been pathetic in South Africa and Australia for a very long time and that is why they have lost almost every test in those countries. Misbah's poor record there is not unique to him. His competition was with other Pakistani batsmen and not with the likes of Sangakarra, Tendulkar, Dravid, etc.
Did he average under 30 in tests played in Pakistan (flattest wickets of all time)? Yes
In your desperation to bilittle Misbah, you even considered his numbers before he made his comeback as a better batsman. Since, when did he play a test match in Pakistan after he became captain?
Did he average under 30 in tests played in Sri Lanka? Yes
So what? He averaged 100+ against a much stronger India in India. Since, when did performance in SL become the benchmark for greatness?
Did he score the most selfish knock in Mohali semi-final? Yes
And Hafeez, Asad, Younis, Akmal, Razzaq, and Afridi played selfless match-winning knocks, right?
Did he get dismissed by Joginder Sharma (of all bowlers lol) in the 2007 WT20 final? Yes
Misbah was the only reason Pakistan even came close to chasing the target. He was the one who took the score from 76/5 to 152 in the first place. Malik scored 8, Hafeez scored 1, Kamran and Afridi scored ducks.
Was his strike rate in the 2013 CT, 2014 calendar year and 2015 WC in the 70s? YES, YES and YES!
Last 10 years, Misbah averaged 45 in ODIs and 48 in tests. How many Pakistani batsmen had better numbers? His competition was with other Pakistani batsmen and not with other world class batsmen of his time. Misbah still made the ICC team of the tournament (CT 2013). Another egg on your face:

It shows I can play this stupid game of selective questions and still school you at it. Light work...
Stats in bg tournaments like world cup and champions trophy are selective stats? Match-winning contributions in first series win in West Indies and at home of cricket are selective stats? However, mentioning his test average in SL is not? Stop embarrassing yourself further. Misbah with his ODI batting average of 45 and test average of 48 made the Pakistani team 100% on merit despite what a random poster on the Internet like you thinks.
