Not sure if anyone noticed. I feel 2018 was the year there where a few good Hindi movies which showed Pakistan in good light. Notable names are “Manto” “Mulk” , “Raazi” and “Tiger zinda Hai” All the movies left you with a good feel that India and Pakistan can work together and there wasn’t even slightest showing of chest thumping or unneeded jingoism that one was better than the other. I hope they continue towards this trend and maybe soon India can re-start to have meaningful conversations to invite some of the music and film artists from Pakistan back to work in Bollywood if they haven’t started allready.
