Sarfraz is already living on borrowed time. But he knows PCB wont sack him till after then world cup so we will continue to see these medicoure performances.

After the World Cup i predict Sarfraz to loose the test and ODI captaincy and his place in the team to the much deserving Mo rizwan

Malik will be bigger tragedy for a WC in UK. And, these sr. players are alarmingly close to either side of 40. In UAE, Malik MoHa at least can expect 20 overs of spin/dart - in WC, teams will pick 4 pacers against PAK if Imam, MoHa, Malik & Sarfraz still can keep their place.

This is for 10^10th time saying - make a bowler Captain for a batting struggling side, and allow batsmen to focus on their core job.

Amir is the only choice - I am sure, PCB will go there one day (specially if this Pro guy Wasim Khan has any say in future), but may be as usual when Amir's sell by date is over and he'll become exactly what WY was in 2003 WC.

Malik can do no worse than anybody else and I do not want Aamir captaining the Pakistan side- not a personal grudge or anything but just gives the wrong message to youngsters that when young you can do what you want and apologise and everything will be back to normal. Malik can be like Mike Brearley- he does have brains and Azhar/ Shafiq / Babar are all non-starters for me.

Sarfraz can stay in the test team but not as a captain; also he has to be dropped from ODI and T20 team.

Asad cannot be made captain of test team. Him being captain will be the worst thing to do to Pak team. He should have been dropped by now for Saad Ali.

PCB has to persuade Azhar to become captain of test team. He is the only one who is senior and also makes the team on merit.

Mohsin was right all along.

ODI side can be similar with Azhar and Asad giving way to Saad Ali and Saud Shakeel or an all-rounder like Faheem and Yasir to give way to Shadab.
