If he comes back in form, he becomes an extremely important player as none of the other spinners are good fielders or batters.

Saim can never be a front line player & Nawaz will always be targeted by good sides. Having an extra all-round (bits and pieces) option has the potential to make Pak a tier-A T20 side.
