Bangladesh U19 (120/3) beat Pakistan U19 (116) by 7 wickets in the 1st semi-final of the ACC U19 Asia Cup 2024

The first semi-final of the youth continental tournament will get underway on December 6. Group A toppers Pakistan will take on defending champions Bangladesh in Dubai. Bangladesh will aim to defend their title.

Pakistan secured the top spot in Group A with convincing wins over India, UAE, and Japan while Bangladesh clinched second place in Group B by securing victories against Nepal and Afghanistan.

If you take out Shahzeb then batting is on par with UAE U19 and it’s likely to win title with non existing batting , pretty much exit in semi finals I think , they can’t get lucky every time with 1 or 2 batters innings.

I did expect them to collapse. Winning in Semi or Finals require strong mentality.

This team is good enough to play against associate teams. Its clearly show talents are not there plus favoritism in bigger scale. We were lucky to be in final in next 5 years on we'll not even qualify for semi.
