Bas bhai... foran over hojate ho... Don't hype U-19 players so much. Sami Aslam is rightly made the captain of U-19 team. Zain Abbas should have been selected for U-23 tour. Zain Abbas performed pretty well in the PCB Ramzan Cricket Cup also.

Why would you take Sami Aslam out of an U-19 tournament where he is getting good exposure to put him in a different tournament to possibly get exposure......???

And people wonder why PCB is so bad at decisions.

He should be a fan of U-19 batch, everybody should be, they are DESTROYING it in their tournament (Undefeated).

All I am just saying, for ONCE, PCB has done a good job of giving a lot of kids a chance. We have a team in Zimbabwe, an U-19 team, and an U-23 team. And we have a lot of kids playing in their PROPER groups.

I dont like the idea of moving all our strong players to one side. If Sami comes to this tournament, 1, since he's younger, he may struggle and his confidence dies. and 2, that means we have to bench another deserving U-23 player, I hate that idea.

I like the way PCB has set this up for us. Now its just up to the boys to deliver. Still think we have to crush Afghanistan today to help our NRR, just incase it comes down to it to qualify for semis.

Really hope Hammad can snag a couple wickets here. Would be a great chance for him to pressure PCB and the Pak team to force him to play as a proper all rounder.

Really disappointing to hear about Hammad struggling for wickets though. He should have been an all-rounder.
 
Great stuff half way through their innings. At no stage has Pak given Afghanistan any control in the game so far. Hopefully we can end strong.

Is that because he's good? Or Afgh is just that bad? cause against India, he did nothing. 4 overs for 22 - only bowler who went for 5+ in that game.

Really wish they had televised these games, would have been great to see this next generation playing.

For anybody watching, is Pak bowling this good? Or just a weak opposition?

purely because he's a legbreak and I don't think Afghans play legspinners that well.

and weak opposition may be because his domestic record is worse than Sami's Int. record.
