The blind fans will start singing praises for players and the slectors will say we did okay. Threads talking about how Pakistan team is shaping up nicely, who the next bradmans are, who the next marshalls are etc etc will pop up.

They werent under any pressure so any combination would have worked.

Sarfaraz ,Malik both played well last match and Sarfaraz,UA played well today,Malik-UA played well against UAE too , the only issue has been Manzoor-Hafeez-Sharjeel as such considering Sharjeel played well today and will do well in India where it wont swing not seeing why you think "any" combination would had worked.

The middle order has been doing very good for Pak the issue is fielding,running between wickets and not clicking of top 3 batsmen and one clicked today and see how game changed.

Manzoor was probably the culprit as such, not saying Pak are the best team just that they aren't as bad as its being portrayed.

I dont see Pakistan winning at all. The team is in shambles, afridi has already retired in his mind. Team Management already packed up there bags. To top it we started all the dramas midway through the tournament starting from PCB chairman himself.

What a shambolic system we got. Unbelievable we are not the only team going out there will be 6 other teams going out with us but the way we have started blaming each other that is just disgraceful. All this post mortem should happen after the tournament not while the tournament is ongoing.

Pakistan shocked everyone with their CT win purely with their bowling. It masked so many issues. Anytime their bowling doesn't show up Pakistan is found wanting. This has been the pattern for a while. Apart from occcasionaly batting performances they are rarely known for outbatting oppositions. It is always a case of outbowling. ICC ranking is a testimony. Babar Azam is no.4 batsman. Next best is Hafeez 25th ranked batsman.

We did win the Champions Trophy recently, you don’t need to get too heartbroken man, winning & losing is part of the game.

I still think we have a better ODI side than a few years ago, while we’ll still struggle to win abroad, this team should atleast do decently at home IMO which is something we’ve not been able to do in recent times

Nah, it won’t be possible for pak to win both matches . At maximum , the team can win one match and that too with full effort . They are simply no match of NZ team in these conditions .
