All-time South Africa XI?

Boucher doesn't have similar batting power

We are talking about Test. Not T20 or ODI.

In Test, it is not just about power. You also need to take keeping skills into consideration.

I am also not sure if you have watched peak Boucher live. He was an aggressive batter. He once scored 147 from 68 balls.

Boucher played 147 Tests. De Kock played only 54 Tests. De Kock was more like a LOI specialist. Boucher was a Test legend.

De Kock only played around 50 Tests.

Boucher played 147 Tests and he had around 500 dismissals (caught or stumping). Boucher is one of the best Test keeper-batters of all time.

Even batting averages aren't far apart. Both average in the 30's.

In Test, Boucher should be ahead of QDK.
Anderson got 700 wickets

Steyn got 400 odd in tests

So Anderson is better than steyn now? Is that correct. Longevity matters more? More than impact? Performances don't matter. Just longevity. So you can be crap and take plenty of wickets over time. That's all matters?

Not one point in time where Boucher was ever regarded as best keep her bat. Qdk was at one point.

Donald, Steyn, Pollock and Rabada! What a bowling attack!

Kallis can be fifth bowler.
Remove choker Pollock and put in proctor at 7 and then have donald steyn rabada plus van der bilj.

As a keeper batsman, Quinton has a good case.

50 plus tests as keeper batsman is a large enough sample size. More tons than Boucher despite playing far less and avgeraging 10 points higher as desingnated keeper.
