An emerging XI team in domestic cricket?

Looking at all the dead weights and lack of opportunities for young players. I think it will be best to introduce and Emerging / Colts team in this setup.

This will ensure that the best talent gets to perform against the big wigs and there will be no much fuss about people loosing their bread and butter.

I am sure we can unearth potential stars and at the same time more playing time will help the young lot mature fast.

Surely something needs to be done to get deserving players more opportunities at the high level.

At this rate we will keep on blaming the lack of talent when issue is purely system based and not enough opportunities for deserving players.

So annoying seeing grandpas like imran farhat and kamran akmal in xis. Seriously, hasn't their joy ended yet of playing domestics for 20 years. They have no chance of playing for Pakistan so why hog a spot.

NABI GUL should have been in farhats spot. He is the most talented modern day batsman in Pakistan.
