Runs
87
1) We bowled very well for most of the game, Kholi was struggling and shouting to himself and was frustrated.

2) No indian batsmen looked troubled though, they werent getting easy runs (apart from wahab) but they didnt look like getting out.

3) Wahab was pathatically bad... he was soo bad that his short balls looked like were taking ages to get to batsmen.

4) Hassan Ali bowled very well but with 2/3 down, every1 would go for runs.

5) Pandya was better bowler than kumar and Bumrah... yadav was xcellent but bumran and kumar , very avg, any decent batting lineup would have trashed them yesterday.

6) bolwing wise, Yadav, Aamir, Pandya, Hassan Ali, Kumar, Bumrah, ....some light years and then wahab

7) Shadab bowled very well,,,, he got hit initially but thts just bcz of him taking pressure and inexperienced but he came back strong... Shadab, Jadeja Immad

8) Indian crowd the worst of the lot... in our stand, "family stand" it was with lots of children, indian fans kept throwing beer glass on people below and only when a policeman came in and kicked a couple out, that they stopped.

9) Azhar killed the momentum of the game straight away,,, played only for his 50 and was shamelessly slow (took 14 balls to get from 47 to 50).

10) Ahmad shahzad was shamefullly bad ..no clue how to field, no peramption..

11) Only malik looked like he wanted to play the game.. was xtremly quick in field and showed intent on batting.

I said everything you have said and I wasn't even at the stadium. Except number 8 obviously. We were very good till over 44 (except for Wahab). Should've restricted them to 290. Would've still not been able to chase it because of azhar, Hafeez and shehzad being in the top 4.

Do you think 324 could've been chased in 48 overs?

Personally, I felt the chase got way more difficult after the match was further shortened to 35 overs

They never even showed intent of chasing it down.

It was still 7 runs per over which is norm these days.

Not with Azhar, Shehzad and Hafeez in the top 3. These 3 need to be replaced ASAP. That should be the first short term change along with replacing Wahab

Yes, Azhar was at least trying, and Babar would've taken some time to settle and then hit, 324 was still too much but we may have seen some close contest inbetween

i was asked by an indian dude to sell them my tickets (we were 3), could have made a profit of £350 lol... should have done it.....

i am now thinking whether i should go for the Pak v SA game? its a 2 hour drive + i have to take a day off as well

No man, if you're not supporting South Africa. Its a simple no...You may go for against SriLanka

That was a side playing for the weather and not the situation at hand. Poor mentality and poor skill levels.

Trying is one thing but possesing the skills is another. Like mamoon said a fish can't climb a trea no matter how hard it tries.

His selfish approach at 47 to earn a 50 was something awful, otherwise, I had never seen Azhar cleaning it to the boundary over the fielders so often.

All Pakistan players look to reach personal milestones above the team situation. It's been like that even in the days of the greats, I can remember Miandad's spokesmen and fans complaining when Imran Khan's declaration in England deprived him of a triple hundred.

it was not in england.. it was in pak vs india.. miandad was batting on 280* when imran decleared... imran's logic was that he wanted to have indian batsmen in when they were tired of almost 2 days of fielding and in dim light with new ball xpecting to swing only in evening time (remember it was in hydrabad sindh) and he was right as he knocked over 2 wickets before the end of the play and hence going on to win... .... this is called guts ....

Really? We were also at the family stand and nothing like that happened. In fact all the Indian fans around us were really friendly.

Azhar was the only batsman who scored. Unfair criticism. For a team like Pakistan full of hacks azhar can play anchor's role. Malik looked the best of all batsman of pakistan.
