If this map was crafted in 12th century ?
 
The map as a whole wasn't around in 12th Century, it's been amalgamated from lots of different local maps of that time

I was thinking Islamabad city is merely 50 years old.

Back then, they were free men and it was a globe. Now we have a Global Village and a Matrix.
