Looks tacky and I don’t think it will ever be a necessity. It cannot replace the traditional watch and is just one more device to recharge.

Yes. Series 3. I use it for fitness purposes (keeping track of calories burnt, running mileage etc). I can answer a call on it if I am driving. I might upgrade to series 5 soon.

I was thinking of getting the Series 3 instead of the Series 5 since it's considerably cheaper, but then back out worrying about the number of OS updates I'll receive in it. It was released in 2017, and has already received 2 OS updates.
Do you think it's worth it? This is the first time I'm buying a smart watch.

Get the latest one. Others will tell you it’s worth it..others will say it’s not. Others will bash it because it’s an Apple product. Go for it if you already have an iPhone to pair it with.
