Lots of Bangladeshi posters here...was wondering if there any Sylheti speakers around as well...

I am not 100% sylheti (my mother is only half) and due to being born in raised in the US, where Sylhetis are a minority of the Bangladeshi expat population I grew up speaking standard Bengali only. Of course I could always understand a fair bit of Sylheti as my dad's family are 100% Sylheti and on the other side many of my Nani's relatives are as well.

Hoping to pick some more Sylheti language tips if there are any posters here who are fluent.

Sylhetis might be minorities of the BD expats in US, CAN, but in UK and whole of Europe combined Sylhetis are the majority of the Bangladeshis. 95% UK's approx 800k Bangladeshis are Sylhetians/Sylhetis
