I remember they used to have quality spinners in swann and panesar but it looks like now their is no one. There is a toss up between Rashid ( who is probably the worst leg spinner in tests) and Ali ( not that effective). What happened to that Dom Bess who played against Pakistan and Jack Leach?

Are there any decent spinners in England?

Nope only Adil Rashid and Moeen Ali I am afraid

Leach is probably the best prospect.

But the County game now produces only sloggers with a good eye and medium pacers.

Just like opening batsmen, they cycle through spinners too often for any one to establish himself and be successful.

Should do what Australia did and throw their weight around somebody half decent (Lyon) and hope for the best.

Leach is best prospect as a finger spinner.
Mason crane, mathew Parkinson , josh poysden are future legspin prospects.

Srilanka tour will give clear idea about their future choices whether they stick with moeen & Rashid or opt for change.

Eng's attitude with spinners is pretty bad. Yesterday, Rashid took a wicket and Root took him off the attack after that.

Well Phil Tufnell looks like he's seen better days, but he won't be far off still being the best spinner in England ;)

England like other teams are obsessed with all rounders as spinners. This kind of attitude will never give proper spin talent.

Josh Baker, English left-arm spinner, is a Star in the Making

The lad is 18 and is getting great raps on the County circuit. He is a left spinner who is around 6 "5" and has excellent control. I saw him out bowl Moeen Ali in T20 game at Barnt Green at the end of May and it was noticeable that the batsman couldn't get to him. A lot will depend on how he develops but don't be surprised if he plays the Shorter formats for England in the near future.

Currently Adil is the best one. Don't see anyone else coming through. Once thought Panesar could be the real thing until he collapsed and faded away. Still not sure what happened to a once promising career. Remember how he once bowled out Younis Khan with a beauty.
