Are women riding scooters/motorbikes considered rare in Pakistan?

I saw a video where some Pakistani girls came to India for the first time and were surprised to see Indian girls riding scooters on the streets.

Is it considered rare for women in Pakistan to ride scooters or motorbikes? If so, why?

Very rare. There is rampant harassment and crime against women which discourages such activity.

Yes its not that common. Not sure why. Alot of women drive.

I mean if we are comparing it to India then yeah it's pretty rare. But lately, I have seen more and more women riding bikes and even rickshaws for that matter.
