There has been a lot of debate on this topic and almost everyone feels that a lot of irrelevant people were included in the list of prize winners. Have your say.

People who got prizes had nothing to do with the Champions Trophy victory.

It should be made clear that Inzi's name was not in original list yet he got 1 crore plus 10 lakhs for pride of performance.

Amjad bhatti, Usman Wahlia, 6 in total officials also got 10 lakh rupees and commemorative shields as well.

Also Tauseef Ahmed, Wasim Haider and Wasti got 10 lakhs and shields.

Why were some chosen and others ignored?

PCB officials etc with no relevance to the team getting awards?

Ridiculous that anyone even got awarded money. It's public tax payers' money, not the PM's own pocket money to be giving out just to give himself some fame.

The players should have been awarded by the board instead because that's money they make from cricket.

Well considering how much of the "taxpayer's" money the PM himself is pocketing I don't mind if he shares some of that with our national heroes minus the PTV staff and snakes like Sethi.

One also wonders that with the country's health care, education and policing in such diabolical situation there'd be no money yet he is throwing around tens of millions like we do pocket change.
