Odi :ready made and good young prospects are available but just waiting for rohit,kohli retirement. Once they are gone it may take 2 to 3 years for team to rebuild .
Tests will be the real test.Definitely rohit and kohli will leave after aus drubbing. We have to invest jurel at 5 . it may take some time for all new members to get accustomed and play consistently. On top of it jadeja,aswin, shami impending retirements will have to be dealt.Axar,washi and another pacer of shami quality (?) will take time.once we are done with it we have to deal the magician bumrah retirement. It may take 3 to 4 years before we become better .First we have to make sure to select players who can play anywhere instead of htb or ftb.

INdia is going through that mega transition in Tests like we had in 2012. Old guards are about to leave. We will lose a chunk of players who have been integral part of India for the last 10 years. So i am prepared for some thrashings along the way. Given the fact players tune themselves to be LOI specialists finding players for Tests is challenging at this point. It will take a couple of years before everything settles down in Test format as India is still testing youngsters. Because of the presence of seniors India is unable to test these guys quickly.
