Also with respect, you clearly have no idea. Middle class people don't usually make good guerrilla fighters. Taliban are/were successful not only because of ideology but because of the sheer militaristic nature of the people. The most they will be able to do is fight a low level internal insurgency at best.

Back to my point, taking out strategic 10-20K people, can turn turn a once thriving nation into a basket case. What makes any system work is the competency of the people running it.
