Such a shame that the culture we live in we just don't want to let go off the position until someone has to step up and show the door. This kid has grown too much for his size after captaincy. Defeats after defeats, erratic and recklesslcomments during the press conferences. His famous line " we will learn from out mistakes and move on to the next series" but nothing is wrong with his captaincy. The culture is.. if we folks play then Pakistan and Pakistani public should be thankful that we are playing and please don't talk about bad performances but talk about positive performances.
These guys get paid handsomely but yet they make it like they are favoring Pakistan as if they are not benefitting from it. This is their job and if you can't perform then kick them out. No company will pay that kind of crazy money and not expect results from their employee. If anyone dares to underperform or become complacent which results in disastrous performances then the top bosses will make one resign and get a competent guy for the job. Don't these cricketers get it!! These cricketers get paid more than they have imagined specially looking back to their humble background.

3-0 in your conditions and that too all humiliating ones. First test match finished in 5th day, second test match finished by half day on the 4th day and Khi test match should have ended on the 3rd but ended up going in 4th day which I believe will be over before lunch or within 1 hr of the start of play. So with every match the expectations were high but performances were getting from bad to worst.
We only have one problem no honesty in selection process. Agreed we don't have robust domestic and grass root level developmental prog but at the top if friends and connection will get cricketer selected ahead of deserving ones then wait for 2-0 against New Zealand. Every cricketer except for few they gave chances has performed Saud shakil Abraar to some extent Salman agha. If you don't select and keep saying we don't have players who could play test then that's huge injustice and slap on your own designed domestic cricket.

Seems like they deliberately don't select players so that the one who is out due to injury or so called "RESTED" his place does not get taken away. This insecurity is what's hurting Pakistan. We need 33 players all together from our domestic circuit 3 for each position and ready to replace in case of injury or bad performances. Gone are the days when we had bunch of 15 to 16 players from 1990s and who played against every strong or weak opposition. Imran khan gave gem cricketers so Pakistan was able to pull it off and also in those days thee was no league T20 cricket so players knew their priorities. Now our cricketers want to play every league. There will be injuries hence replacements should be available from the best 33 performers from PSL and domestic one day and first class matches. There is a thing called work load management.
