I remember Afridi couldn’t even hit stumps against India in 2007.. demoted himself in 2011 semis for which Imran Khan called him out..but sure.

But he isnt wrong. Earning Pakistan cap is so easy rn. Abdul samad, saad, ghouri. What are there performances to get selected. Its okay you can select 1 player based on eye test and seeing natural flair but to select whole team just randomly aint gonna work.

These are the players you debuted and didnt give long run and this series should have been for them
Not to give cap to players who wont play another match in next 2 3 years unless they miraculously churn out goated performances in psl.

There should be continuity. Not just handing out pakistan cap as if its candy.

Saad would be furious - no one can be half the player Shadab is.. Shadab is a curse on our team, cannot bat, cannot bowl (a spinner who cannot turn the bowl) and recently has been really poor in the field...

I want to say something very serious about Misbah-ul-Haq and the Pakistan Cricket Board.Why does he keep coming back again and again? He failed in ODI and T20. He was removed from his position. In any normal company, if someone is fired, they don’t get hired back again and again like nothing happened.This is not normal. This is not professional.When the same person keeps getting chances despite poor results, people will start asking questions. Is this about merit, or is something else going on behind the scenes? There is no transparency. No clear reason. No accountability.This kind of behavior makes people lose trust in PCB. It even raises serious concerns about how decisions are being made and whether everything is clean and honest. PCB needs to wake up. Stop recycling the same people. Give chances to new and deserving professionals. Run the board like a proper organization, not like a closed circle.

Pakistan cricket deserves better.
