BPL's window is very convenient.

There aren't many ongoing leagues currently. So, they have more players to choose from.

If Comilla was there then there would’ve been 3 teams from the same division of Chittagong, as Noakhali is there now. I know some Noakhailas close fam friends, speak funny language hard to understand but very proud people of the region and want separate division.
