yeah a sane move, Pak cannot afford to play sarfaraz and umar akmal at the same time, both are keeper type batsmen, If umar akmal scores in decent 30s-40s and keeps well, he would play India, Sarfaraz might just be fielding and can bat if some batsmen retires hurt. rules allow fielding of all 15 players. but 11 at one time.
