Bangladesh will host Pakistan for a three-T20I series starting July 20 in Mirpur.

The two nations, who previously contested in as many T20Is in Pakistan earlier will be vying against each other in the shortest format again.

Having been at the receiving end of a series sweep in Pakistan, Bangladesh will be looking to turn the tide in the upcoming contest.

All three games scheduled in July will be played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur.

Mahedi took 4 wickets and in previous match rishad 3, i think it will be spin pitches as bangladesh are good players of spin. Key for pakistan to beat them will be to outbat them, score 200. I cant blame people though for being low on confidence due to what rizwan, Misbah, Ramiz and Babar did to the team. But Agha is a different beast.

Last time Pakistan toured Bangladesh, they played them in a 3 match T20 series all in Mirpur and the highest score was 132 from Pakistan.

I'd expect it to be a low scoring affair again with slow turning pitches. I know a few years ago Pakistan sent a B side to Sharjah vs Afghanistan who had a very hard time batting in similar conditions This should be a good test for the squad to see what they can muster on tougher and slower pitches.

Usually when pitches are bad. The gap between two teams shrink, if it was bigger before.

Thats what happened in Pakistan v India game in WT20 2024. It came to the last ball because of low scoring pitch. Otherwise the gap between that India and Pakistan team was big.

Bangladesh may not be able to challenge Pakistan on a flat deck. But they can flip the result on a 150 pitch.
