Pakistan has dominated the series and now stands on the brink of a clean sweep as they take on Bangladesh in the third and final T20I. After sealing an unassailable 2-0 lead with a commanding 57-run victory, the hosts will be eager to complete the whitewash in style.

Explosive knocks from Sahibzada Farhan and Hasan Nawaz, along with Abrar Ahmed’s brilliant bowling display, have been key to Pakistan’s success so far. Bangladesh, on the other hand, will be playing for pride and looking to end the series on a high. Will Pakistan complete the clean sweep, or can Bangladesh salvage a consolation win?

Saim should be dropped end of story, he's out of form.

Im astonished at how people would maul babar and rizwan but aren't mauling saim ayub for his lack of form?

Don't get me wrong, I back saim ayub more then those 2, infact I dont back those 2 at all, mainly due to intent but an out of form player is out of form, end of story.

He didn't warrant a selection over farhan and fakhar who had stellar psl's. Saim should have taken this competiton as a challenge.

Cricket is a game of competiton? Previously saim was being backed cause he didn’t have any competition,

The likes of Babar and rizwan have consistently been berated 24/7, Imam is laughable, Abdullah is just imam right handed 2.0, and fakhar cant be competition since you need 2 openers and not 1.

But now farhan is a serious competitor and threat. Saim needs to compete with him.

Fakhar is a different story, hes senior and a proven performer and X factor.

Seniors like Warner, Head, Smith, Kohli, rohit, Fakhar etc etc can be backed even if out of form due to past achievements but not newbies.

Saim is a newbie, his best achievements are helping Pakistan beat Australia after a millenia but it was a casual aus who vanished their players to play BGT. Dominating Zimbabwe in a series and dominating sa in a series.

Im not taking this away from him but its not something I would bank on to give him ladla senior treatment.

Fakhar gets that treatment due to

1) Ct semi final and final performance
2) Kiwi Zaman Bashing with world cup being the biggest highlight
3) One of the best fights vs sa 193
4) Only batter to score a double century in odi for pak. Even if it was against a minnow, Pakistan has played countless minnows against odi since the 2 new ball era started in 2012 and none have achieved it except for him.

Saim's achievements pale in comparison and aren't worth the ladla treatment yet which he is getting.

I back saim but im not a foot worshipper for any player. If I was, then id be bootlicking babar and rizzu in 2016-2021, yet I never did.

I think saim is better equipped to face new ball than farhan. Farhan should be one down. If you see farhan most sixes were against spinner.

I think niazi should come in maybe for shadab I am not to convinced with the captain I think he is not suited to t20 cricket niazi could replace him make someone young as captain.
