Looks like Masakadza did not enjoy being dropped. Trying to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Only managed 180/4

Had plenty of wickets, but did not go for hits. Chigumbura played 4 dots back to back in 19th over without making an attempt. Really poor stuff.
 
Bangladesh bowling looks good but fielding is woeful

However, today is a big test for our batting lineup. Only Mushfiq is missing otherwise it is a full fledged batting lineup and if we can't score 181 on a flat wicket against Zimbabwe attack then may the almighty help our malnourished cricketers
 
If we lose this match ............. idiots should have won the 3rd match & then experiment. In total we have 6 or 7 T20 players, dropped most of those.

Taskin looks good.

It'd be terrible if you lot lost at home to Zim. A setback IMO for all the good progress made.

Progress? Meh

We don't have a set team for T20s. Missing someone like Anamul and maybe Nasir both exciting batsman and good fielders.

This was like when we were kids and the elder player would offer of catch. He would tell us to ball a full toss and give us a nice catch.

BD is a ordinary T20 side even with him. It's a power hitter's game - in a combined ZIM-BD-AFG XI, at best 3 BD players 'll make the team - Sakib, Tamim & Mustafiz.
 
Bangladesh did not struggle because of any score-board pressure or so. Openers got out playing to just get a run or two. Shabbir could not even hit a full toss to the boundary, Shakib was on ****** mode and Imrul didn't get enough muscle on the ball
 
Malcolm Waller and Hamilton Masakadza go into this World Cup in excellent T20 batting form.

Zimbabwe have been playing non-stop since the 2015 World Cup so at least they won't be undercooked, they may well spring a surprise.

Bangladesh, whilst having been highly successful in recent ODI series, don't seem to have cracked T20s yet.

Even in ODI ,We won against a Pakistani side which was weakest of history and BD was favourite even quoted by Pakistan coach,so its nothing significant .We won against India and SA due to Mustafizur ,he played bad in two games of these two series we lost in both.we have to accept we have not improved much accept we have got a good bowler.A country where players can play highest 6 First class matches in a year how can progress .

BD has put up a better fight than us, admittedly against lower-quality opposition.

Mahmudullah giving them a fighting chance. Always seems to play clutch knocks. :viv
 
Both Chicumbura and Raza are liable with bat and ball!!!! Zimbabwe deserve to loose this match. Pathetic captaincy
 
I don't know which side is more pathetic - going down to 18/4 or allowing a side to come back from 55/5 defending 180?
 
Bangladeshis are small people, they can't hit big. Their batting is almost as bad as Pakistan's.
 
Definitely Hathurusinghe is a good coach but his excess experiment cost us the series. Anyway I hope BD will perform better in Asia cup.

Today we didn't lose for our lack of power, we lost because of some poor batting up front. Soumya, Tamim, shocking stuff, and Sabbir couldn't hit a full toss
 
This Zim team just lost 2-0 to Afghanistan.

And now beating BD at home. This is very poor stuff.
 
28 of 11, ZIM needs to bowl couple of wide for 5 & a no ball as well.........
 
As much as I rate Shakib, he is no different from Dhoni these days, looks disinterested. No doubt he has performed well even in 2015(was in ODI teams of the year) but he lacks motivation.

Really dissappointed by him. I feel he has the potential to be one of the best spin bowling allrounder of all time has seen but the work ethic is no longer there. Yes he is the current best allrounder, but he has the ability to put his name on record books

Of course there is no excuse for BD's series leveling but there were too many experiment which gone wrong. Personally I am not that disappointed!
 
Bangladesh was not that far from winning. Certainly good comeback after 18/4 or something like that.

Easy series win thrown away.

comparing between Dhoni and Sakib is a crime. Dhoni won 3 -4 ICC trophy for India. Sakib did nothing.
