Billions - The most underrated TV show

The show just gets better and better with each season, easily my favourite tv show.

Is anyone else here watching.

i liked it a lot, but thought the last season was a bit dull compared to earlier seasons. would still watch the next season tho.

The ending of the last show was EPIC!!!!! Its a great show IMO. My favouriate characters are Rhodes Snr and Jnr!!!!! Anyone remember the scene where they eat Ortolan!

I think each series had a different theme.

I've watched all 5 series, and it is a very good show, but misses out on being great.

The first couple of series were top, but after that, the story kind of fizzled out. I mean, how the story dealt with John Malkovich character is beyond me. he made the show incredible!

Plus, I am not a fan of Taylor's character. Another token entry IMO.

None the less, this show is much better than most of the crap out there!

It gets worse and worse in my view. I really enjoyed the first couple of seasons, but it's gone downhill with every season since then. It all looks too designer, with guys working as enforcers or FBI who look like they stepped out of a fashion catalogue. It tries to be edgy, and succeeded at first, now it's gone a bit like the old time American soaps a la Dynasty.

Taylor is a great character, no sense and hell bent on success, one of the more unique characters out there on tv these days, but it seem the case with all the characters on the show which is what makes it great.

bobby axelrod, chuck, wendy, rhodes snr, brian, bach, jock

axe and chuck are just on another level, what superb acting by chuck, i just went back to the first season and watch how he progressed.


i think what makes the show so great for me is how powerful the characters are.

has pretty much everything, a high political drama set in the world of high finance.

Gets depressing , as am aging I feel to go for humor but its defn a good show.

Most shows which cater to 30-49 age are pretty good.

Good wife then continued Good Fight being others and both shows are on left and not shy about it.
Showtime though as such is doing a good job.

Rhodes Snr is a legendary character. JM's character was most powerful IMO, but it is what it is.

Watched a few. It's a meh. Definitely not underrated from my pov.
