Yes definitely. Wish azhar was dropped though for Haris. And poor decision to drop Shadab he hasn't done anything wrong

Only if they restrict lanka below 280, anything above 280 will be a win for sri lanka imo
the way pakistan is batting, anything over 250 seems impossible for them to chase. they were saved by rain agaisnt SA.

Yeah but lankan bowling isn't great either, so I gave 30 bonus runs to pak batting, malik can chase down 280+ if he gets going but anything above 280 will take a lot of effort

I say play to your strength. Pakistan bowling is strong, they can handle pressure but so can Lanka batting.
Now Pak's best option was to make the job a bit more easier for the batting side by restricting the opposition to a lowish total. Now that workds against a not-so-clutch batting lineup like that of BD or SA. But this Lankan batting side which bats till no. 8 and all of them are ferocious batsmen. Even if they lose a few wickets they will keep beating the living daylight out of the bowlers as they did with India recently or BD in the final ODI in march.
Pakistan can't really chase more than 275 because they aren't used to chasing totals. Yes they scored 342 against a team like BD but BD were bowling spinners at the death and 2 inform bowlers(and death bowlers) were in the dugout.
Should have batted first really. Trust me, no way Azhar and co would have struggled against any kind of early morning swing because, well, it doesn't seem to exist.

Too much wrist slitting going on.
Its a good track. If Pakistan are to progress as a side they need to get used to chasing scores of 300 plus. England did not panic when chasing over 300 against Bangladesh.
A lose is certain.As I had said a zillion times earlier, Pakistan should always bat first irrespective of pitch or weather conditions.
