I highly doubt McCullum had any influence whatsoever over Fakhar.

He was himself a poor captain and led Qalandar's to the bottom again and even pushed out Fakhar to no. 3 once Roy had left the squad.

His aggressive style probably has more to do with his natural game - experience in PSL helps but that is just how he plays.

Fakhar is a naturally aggressive player, just like Sharjeel and most young Pakistani batsmen

I don't think McCullum has much to do with that. Fakhar was already a mature player when he played in the PSL
