The cheif selected should be a genuine alrounder (imran Khan)

Bowling coach (wasim Akram
Spin bowling coach (mushtaq Ahmed)
Feildng coach (johntey roads)


Domestic selection


Each region should have 3 coaches/selectors
Batting
Bowling
Spin
Players selected one merit with justification from there represented regions to the national cricket academy for national selection.

The selecters have to justify why they are selecting players
