Fellow PPers, I was thinking about getting this bat but can't find any reviews. I am wondering if you guys could help.
cheers

Have you actually tried one?. The problem is we have artificial pitches and dead slow outfields so one can't rely just on timing and placement!

Thnxs bro, ya I have checked it on CA website but I want a review!

one of my club mate got it .....and i think he was happy with that1...but the problem is its grade 2/3 willow which sud be a heavy willow .....2.11lbs or more....and price was also too high....and u know life of ca bats is only maximum 2 seasons only....so if u wana buy a ca bat then go for ca 5000 ....or 8k....and one thing which i realized the profile of 5000 and 10000 is almost same and 8000 and 15000 is
same....and bro i have all these brands 5k,8k 10k and 15k....so its good if u go for 5k or 8 k.....

and i dont know how much the cost of ca 5 star in retail shops.....but in last year ca factory quoted me 10k for ca 5 star huge edge....and i think i have that mail in my mail box...so thats y i thought its too high for grade 2/3 willow......and i bought 5k only for 7200 for lahore pakistan

Thnxs for the info bro! I do have an 8k and a 10k. And my 8k which I got in 2009 is a better bat then 10k I got last year and is still going great. The problem is we have slow and low wickets with dead outfields here in Canada so you need more then timing and placement to get the max out of your shots. I am fine with a 2.10, 2.11 bat. I heard it has that trampoline effect because of huge edges and lamented blade. Can you give me more info on the performance of Huge Edge?
