CA SPORTS CUSTOMER SERVICE (BAT CA PLUS 15000 broke in very first game)

Hi Friends,

I want to share my experience with you people. I recently bought ca sports 15000 plus which did cost me around 22000. Bought it from factory outlet Rawalpindi Pakistan. I used to play league in Germany. Despite of the fact knocked the bat for 3 Weeks but unfortunately it broke on very first day.

Full crack under sweet spot. I called CA sports team(Sales Sialkot) and they were so impolite, arrogant and they were NOT ready to take responsibility of even fixing it, of that high end bat. I used several brands of bat and never seen a single company who deal with their customers like this. Will not recommend this to anyone. Customer service is 0. Buy this bat and forget it.

Why not my friend. When you pay more than 200 bucks for bat, they should be liable for bad quality!!!

Have seen Misbah use that bat. That's why it's only good for tuk tuk, will break if you go for big shots.

I have heard a lot stories about bad customer service from CA factory. Over drying & under pressing the willow seems to be the major factor for these bats to break from the toe area. I have seen about 6 or 7 CA15000 with repaired toes.

Judging by the seam and ball marks on the bat, the bat wasn't properly oiled/waxed. The willow would have to be very dry for it to imprint such marks. Did you oil the bat at a few regular intervals before using it?

Seam marks are a sign of the bat not being knocked in correctly, Mr K is spot on..if possible always use a wooden mallet, rather than an old ball.
