Afghanistan made their ICC tournament debut only during 2010 T20 WC before which there was little history of Cricket in the country. Most Afghan players honed their skills playing in domestic leagues in Pakistan. And such has been their mercurial rise in little less than a decade that they have secured Test Status for thenselves.

So why can't China collaborate with PCB and send a batch of 25-30 Selected Chinese Cricketers to participate in domestic tournaments in Pakistan and gain experience ? Not expecting China to gain Test Status within a decade but I don't see any reason why China can't establish a semi decent T20 Team that can participate in various ICC T20 Tournaments like Nepal and Afghanistan.

China with it's economic might and hard work can make giant strides in no time. I think once Cricket gets included in the Olympics, it will lead to various teams such as China and Korea taking assistance of Pakistan and other boards to propel the growth of Sport in their country.

I think it would be great for Cricket. We had china bowlers, now we will have whole thing.

China as a country is not interested in cricket. Also one of the main reasons Cricket is not an Olympic sport. In Afghanistan's case, there was a a genuine interest in the sport among the Afghan refuges living in Pakistan.

Also, Afghanistan had no cricket structure which is why their players grew up in the Pakistani structure of club-cricket, grade 1 cricket and QEA trophy cricket. China has all the necessary tools at its disposal to put a proper structure in place but the Chinese people are just not interested in the sport.

Please no!

Koi to kaam hona chahiye jahan pey yeh "chini" log naha ho.

Pakistan can’t help China, no matter how hard we tried. China and cricket don’t go together
