Can we (fans) buy a team for Pakistan Super League 2019?

Just a though that crossed my mind today.

How much does it cost to build and maintain a PSL team in an annual basis?

Less the logistical implications, if we fans put money into a kitty, could we have a team?

Please discuss (ideally with facts and figures).

bid in PSL 1 - need £3m from a cash flow perspective to run things smoothly per year.

Raise 30% equity rest can be financed and structured on a bulletised payment

and need to run this for 10 years as per the contract if you fial PCB bars you and you lose money whatever you have invested

have the full shabang bid proposal and everything, if people are willing happy to share
