And so the game draws to a tame conclusion with Cape Cobras claiming an impressive victory by 32 runs. A solid, if unspectacular performance there by Cape Cobras and they will no doubt want to build on the foundation laid today. The bowlers were probably licking their lips when they saw the pitch today - the pitch was very sporting, to say the least. Swing and seam benefited greatly throughout the day. These two teams were fairly evenly matched so it was tough to predict the outcome. That being said Cape Cobras proved to be the stronger in the end and snatched victory.

Good win. I always thought that RCB would be one the toughest teams to beat.

And so the game draws to a tame conclusion with Cape Cobras claiming an impressive victory by 3 wickets.

That's the end of the game and Cape Cobras wrap up a massive victory winning by 77 runs. Hobart Hurricanes was never in the game but that is more down to Cape Cobras's excellent performance than it was the former's poor effort. The bowlers were probably licking their lips when they saw the pitch today - the pitch was very sporting, to say the least. Swing and seam benefited greatly throughout the day. Hobart Hurricanes really were on a hiding to nothing. They were never expected to win today against Cape Cobras and that's exactly how it played out.
